Phil Sills – Art Print Terms of sale
Informal and Pleasant Resolution to any Issue:
It is my goal and wish to meet your expectations and provide you with great service and a fabulous Art product that you will cherish for a very long time. If you do, for whatever reason, feel disappointed or feel I have mis sold to you in any way please get in touch with me immediately. Once you have explained your issues in full and in detail, I will work hard to resolve the problem and agree on an acceptable way forwards.
Cancelling an Order – Buyer’s Remorse:
This is tricky, I know. Please understand that once you have created an order online, the order is processed very soon afterwards, if not immediately. Once the printer has the order then it is not possible to stop the production of the Art Print. See Returning an Art Print below for what to do next.
If you have buyer’s remorse and wish to cancel, please contact me immediately after purchasing as there may be a chance the order has not gone through yet. If this is the case, I will halt the sale and give a full refund. Contact details are here.
Returning an Art Print After Processing:
Should you decide that you the Art Print does not fit your needs, a return request must be made direct with me within 14 days of purchase, or the request will be invalidated. Please do this by email. I will examine any request for a return on a case-by-case basis. Unfortunately, I cannot be responsible for bearing the printing cost. If I agree to refund, it will only be the Art Value itself. You can find this on the web page that you purchased from. The refund of the Art Value can be given once you have successfully sent back the print to me, and I have received it in perfect condition, in all the original packaging both internal and external. The address is here. The cost of the postage to return the package is your responsibility.
Damaged Products and Returns:
When an Art Print is delivered to you, it is your responsibility to inspect the packaging. If the packaging appears to be damaged in any way, please document carefully the damage using photographs that clearly show what has happened. Preferably, please also sign for the parcel as “Received damaged”. Should upon careful inspection when opened, the Art print has itself been damaged please document again with photography and notify me immediately, or latest within 48 hours of delivery. Please do this via email. I will then follow up with the printers and third parties to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement at zero cost, or a refund. Whatever is your preference. If the third parties require the print to be sent back to them, then that cost is your responsibility. The print will need to be returned in the packaging that it came in.
Colour
I make every effort to represent my work carefully through the digital medium of the web site. I am fully confident of the printer’s ability to replicate my Art as close as the process of printing a digital image will allow. However as individual monitors may display colour and brightness differently, I cannot be held responsible or liable for any claims in regards these matters.
Final Sale
Should any product be marked as Final Sale, such as one-off prints, or returned prints on sale, these will not be eligible for returns.
